Xinji City Automotive Parts Factory was established in 1994. It is a private enterprise having 220 staff and workers, including 16 managerial staff, 20 technical staff, 6 staff holding academic titles at medium or senior ranks, and 15 quality assurance staff. The enterprise covers 6000m2 land, including 3200m2 constructed area; and press branch occupies 4000m2 land. The enterprise devotes itself to production, assembly and sale of automotive brake booster, master cylinder, brake chamber, proportional valve series an assy., and development and manufacture of automotive phenolic plastic parts, thermoplastic parts, rubber parts and press parts, etc. The enterprise passed ISO-9002 Quality Management System Certification in June 2001.

Brake calipers piston; 5. Various kinds of single and double-membrane boosters, press pieces, having annual output of 0.40 million piece; 6. Various kinds of rubber products for use of automotive industry, civil purpose and booster manufacture, having annual output of 0.45 million set. The enterprise has complete sets of test and measuring equipment, which lays a solid foundation for manufacture of high quality products.
The enterprise produces automotive brake booster, master cylinders, brake chamber, proportional valve and other products, which can be used for manufacture of different vehicle models. The enterprise has also perfect test equipment and test means with its annual output reaching 200000 sets. Concerning dies for different products, the enterprise has professional die-manufacturing workshops equipped with 18 sets of machine tools, and it is therefore capable of independent design, development, processing and manufacture of various dies.
